My Packages 

I understand that plans can change. My cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to protect both you and me.

Cancellations

A booking is confirmed once the required non-refundable retainer has been received. This fee is non-refundable, as it secures your chosen date and time exclusively for you. It protects my time that I dedicate to your session before hand.

If you need to cancel your session, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 3 days' notice is subject to the full remaining session fee being forfeited.

Rescheduling

I am happy to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible. Please provide at least 3 days' notice to reschedule your session. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and are generally limited to one date change.

Requests to reschedule with less than 3 days' notice will be treated as a cancellation.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the non-refundable retainer will not be refunded and the remaining balance will be payable.

If you arrive late, your session will need to finish at the originally scheduled time so that it does not affect other bookings. Significant delays will result in a shortened session.

Cancellation by the Photographer

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session and cannot provide a suitable replacement or alternative date, any payments made toward the session will be refunded in full.

Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please contact me as soon as possible, and I will consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
